Customer Service Representative - Remote (monthly travel to London Office) - Up to £30,000 + perks

Lavandi Talent are currently working with a fab Personal Care company who have a great reputation in the beauty Industry and whose products can be found globally. They are on the lookout for a Customer Services Representative to join their great team

Experience in Beauty or Personal Care is preferred for this role!

Role and responsibilities:

  • Develop and analyse Customer service KPI’s.
  • Ensure we have the correct prioritised stock deliveries into our warehouses.
  • Investigate service issues with customers and make sure root causes are identified and training put in place to fix the issues.
  • Check stock levels, and advise customers of delivery times and availability as accurately as possible.
  • Ensure that work priorities are identified and communicated to the Customer Service team.
  • Oversee the order throughout the process, and advising customer as necessary if there are any changes

Ideal Candidate:

  • Communication skills that allow you to inform, help customers clearly and to liaise effectively with other professionals.
  • 2 years experience within a fast-moving Customer focused brand or retailer.
  • Experience of motivating a team in a fast-moving environment and compiling and issuing key performance reports.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise to meet business deadlines.
  • User of MS Word and MS Excel.
