Founded 53 years ago, ILC is a well established, globally focused Cosmetics and Personal Care expert with a proven track record for developing and manufacturing high quality, world-class products for major multinational brands and small local companies.

We offer a service from concept development through to fulfilment with our fully certified and flexible production facilities. We can make and fill a really broad and diverse range of products across all the major categories including liquids, pastes, powders, sticks, pouches and hot pour wax formulae.

At our core is a fantastically equipped R&D centre of excellence with a 120 person strong development team backed up by our dedicated claims substantiation and product performance evaluation suites. We have genuine ‘head to toe’ technology and formulation expertise from high performance skin and hair care through bath and body to colour cosmetics and fine fragrance.
