In this central role in the NPD team of a luxury, high performance skincare brand, you will help to deliver the NPD pipeline; supporting the full product development process, from concept to shelf.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support cross-functional NPD projects from ideation to delivery - coordinate teams to deliver innovative, luxury skincare products on time and on budget
- Identify and address potential issues, proactively managing project timelines
- Collaborate with suppliers on pricing, timings, order quantities; trial supplier samples
- Oversee user and clinical trials, claims substantiation, and packaging development
- Present new ideas and provide project updates to executive leadership
- Help to ensure regulatory compliance and product registrations in key markets
- Provide the marketing team with information and assets for launch success
- Develop gifting portfolio and accessories aligning to brand image Candidate requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field; ideally a cosmetic science qualification
- Project management experience across multiple, fast paced projects. Skincare experience is a bonus
- NPD experience, an understanding of cosmetic ingredients and testing protocols is a strong advantage
In this flexible, hybrid role, you will work 2-3 days a week in the London office.
